Self Re-Discovery:

A 10-week Journey for Late-Identified Autistic Adults

If you've received your autism diagnosis as an adult, or if you've been navigating the complexities of self-identification, you're not alone. This 10-week, one-on-one online coaching program is tailored specifically for late-diagnosed and self-identified autistic adults, offering a supportive space to explore and embrace your newfound neurodivergence.

Program Themes:

Identity Exploration

Navigate the complex terrain of identity post-diagnosis. Reconnect with your core values, passions, and aspirations, empowering you to set meaningful goals aligned with your authentic self.

Healing from Trauma

Receive support as you process the trauma of constantly feeling different without understanding why, and the pain, misunderstandings, and isolation that might have resulted. Validate your past experiences and begin harnessing post-traumatic growth.

Learn about the autistic nervous system and develop strategies for self-regulation through stimming and sensory modulation.

Prioritizing Interests

Rediscover the joy and energy in your passions, honoring your interests as pathways to self-expression, safety, and fulfillment.

Honoring Sensory Needs

Explore sensory adjustments and accomodations, honoring your unique sensory profile and creating environments that nurture your well-being.

Embracing Neurodiversity

Dive into the rich tapestry of the autistic community, celebrating the diversity of divergent minds and experiences.
