Who is this program for?
This program is designed for individuals who have discovered their ADHD in adulthood and are now seeking support and integration of this new identity.
What is my investment?
During this program, we meet for one hour every week over a 10-week period. The total cost of the program is $1000, which you can pay upfront or in two installments of $500 each. Compared to my regular coaching rate of $110/hour, enrolling in the program saves you $100. If this investment is beyond your budget, please consider joining my mailing list. I aim to offer a low-cost group program option in the future.

My name is Hannah Meyrem Ezzell (she/her).
I'm a certified somatic coach and advocate committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals through integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
As a fellow member of the late-diagnosed ADHD club, I specialize in guiding neurodivergent individuals to embrace and amplify their unique brilliance and resilience in a world that often misunderstands neurodiversity.
